A client recently reached out to us with an unusual project and a very tight time frame. In a unique transaction, they needed to run our certified, structure-based flood zone determinations on a total of 74 different properties, and they needed to do it ASAP.
Though our online ordering portal is easy and convenient, they approached us directly for the best advice on getting all 74 of these reports ordered, reviewed and delivered in an organized and timely fashion. Our team jumped right in to assist.

The client provided a full list of all properties, and we started running the reports and having them reviewed. We were even able to customize delivery to maximize convenience for the client!
As always, the reports were sent as PDFs to the client via email, but to streamline the incoming communications to the client, we removed automatic alerts that also typically go to the clients inbox. This way she could very clearly see all 74 reports arrive within the quick timeframe without extra clutter or confusion.
Our team also delivered all finished reports in one batch via download link. And, just in case, our Operations Manager sent the client a spreadsheet with an individual download Link for each report!
